Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship domestically within Australia and internationally.

Shipping times

Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post or another provider:

  • Standard domestic shipping may take 4-8 business days from dispatch 
  • International shipping parcels may take 15-25 business days from dispatch

Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by the shipping provider. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.

Your orders will be dispatched and posted within 7 days of purchase. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Australia Wide: $19.99 (Orders under $150 AUD)
  • Free Shipping Australia Wide: Orders over $150 AUD 
  • International Shipping Flat Rate: $69.99

International shipments will sometimes require additional tax or duties. Any Customs duties or taxes that may apply when your order arrives in your country are the customer’s responsibility. We will help you out with customs declarations where we can, but ultimately, each governing country has their own rules which we are not able to absorb.

Delivery

The Shipping Provider may require a signature. If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as the shipping provider will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge for standard registered post or for express post.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

After purchasing a digital product you receive the product within 24hrs through an automated email download delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

You will have lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available.

All purchases of digital products are final. No refunds of any fees or other amounts paid are available.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

In order to initiate a return, we ask that you provide all relevant information below via https://plantforgedphysique.com/contact or to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item, including:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your order number and the item/s purchased
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Photos of the item/s, if applicable

We cannot accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please note that we do not refund any postage fees for all returns. The sale of any discounted products is final unless the item is proven to be damaged or faulty.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit.

If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know, let us know and/or send us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.

For faulty or damaged products, we will organise a credit note or replacement item within 14 days of receiving your request. Please note that timeframes for replacement items are subject to stock availability.

You can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a credit note.

CHANGE OF MIND / EXCHANGE

Changed your mind? Or need a different sized item? No problem. We will happily accept returns if the item is unused with the original tags and in its original packaging, which must be in its original condition. Change of mind returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.

We cannot accept returns for any food or consumable products such as supplements, snacks or vitamins. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personal products that have been opened such as deodorants.

A full list of our ingredients is displayed on our website and packaging. It is recommended that all customers check the listed ingredients carefully prior to purchase or use for any ingredients that may be of concern to them individually.

Plant Forged Physique cannot guarantee that customers will not experience food or skin reactions and cannot be held responsible should any occur. For skin care products, we highly recommend patch testing our products on the inside of your wrist prior to use.

Pack and seal the item/s in their original packaging and post the parcel back to us at the address we provide via registered post (as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit).
Change of mind returns or exchanges for physical products will only be approved for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition.

Upon receiving the item, we will issue you with a credit note, or we can exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value. Please note that we do not refund any postage fees for change of mind returns or exchanges.

We are unable to provide an exchange where the incorrect product has been purchased, so please ensure that when you place your order, you have made a careful selection.
