Directions

Protein Water is a highly concentrated protein source with over 80% protein and therefore it is like a cordial juice in the fact that it requires the correct amount of liquid to give the desired taste. We recommend 750ml-1500ml liquid to balance out the sweetness. Please note that if you use less than 750ml liquid you may find it too sweet. Protein water is ideal for getting your protein in but also staying hydrated.
