  1. Whisk together flour, Pure Plant Protein unflavoured protein powder, baking powder and seasonings
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms similar to pancake batter.
  3. Fold in the red onion, grated carrot and spinach
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup onto the pan and spread into a circular shape.
  6. Cook for 2-3mins on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
