Ingredients
- 40g Newtrition Co Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
- 5g baking powder
- 5g ground flax seed
- 5g salt
- 250ml soy milk
- 100g wholewheat or plain flour
- 100g of vanilla soy yoghurt
- 100g blueberries
- 100g banana
- 5ml olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium heat and lightly grease with oil
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Newtrition Co Blueberry Cheezecake Protein Powder, baking powder, flax seed and salt
- In a small bowl, mash the banana and add the milk. Stir well until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter at a time into the pan and cook until bubbles start to form. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 mins until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Divide the pancakes into 2 portions, top with yoghurt and blueberries.
